GlycoForm Limited is a synthetic glycotherapeutics company with chemistry and
biology laboratories based at Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
GlycoForm is using its technology to produce novel molecules,
in addition to superior biosimilars (GFBioBetters) and to salvage molecules with
poor pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics (GFBioRetrieve).
GlycoForm has several current collaborative projects
including those on EPO with PolyTherics Ltd and Aston University (GCOL514 &
GCOL513) and on antibodies with Inmunova (GCOL201).

GFBioRetrieve:
GLY205 using sugar conjugation to enhance the transport of molecules across
membranes.
GFBioBetters:
GLY202 glycosylation of a haematopoeitic hormone to produce a long acting
single glycoform.
GFBioTherapeutics:
GLY302 using sugars to target an immunomodulator to improve anti-infective
activity.
GlycoForm has a number of filed patents protecting its intellectual property
rights in the areas of conjugation, glycosylation linkages and neuroactive
biologicals.
